Humana is seeking a skilled Medicare Field Sales Agent to work in a field-based role, serving the local community. As part of a collaborative team, you will help bring Humana’s strategy to life by delivering exceptional service, differentiating through personalized experiences, and growing by expanding Humana’s reach and impact.

Responsibilities:

• Build trust and educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings.
• Create meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits.
• Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana’s presence in the market.

Requirements:

• Active Health Insurance License required.
• Must reside in the designated local territory.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members’ homes and at community-based events.
• Proven experience engaging with the community through service, organizations, volunteer work, or local events.
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License.
• Prior experience selling Medicare products.
• Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
