E-Commerce Host

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team as an E-commerce Live Host and Product Shopping Guide. In this role, you will be responsible for hosting live streams on various e-commerce and social media platforms, showcasing products, and engaging with audiences to drive sales. • Host live streaming sessions on platforms such as Tik Tok, Facebook, Amazon, and Instagram.
• Showcase and demonstrate products, highlighting key features and benefits to viewers.
• Interact with the audience in real-time, responding to questions, comments, and inquiries.
• Create an engaging and entertaining shopping experience to boost viewer engagement and sales.
• Plan and execute live streaming schedules, coordinating with marketing and product teams.
• Stay informed on product details, promotions, and e-commerce trends to deliver accurate and up-to-date information.
• Monitor live stream metrics, such as viewer count, engagement rate, and sales performance, and provide reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine live streaming strategies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or live streaming is a plus.
• Confident and comfortable speaking on camera with a charismatic personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt during live sessions.
