Relationship Director - Institutional Consultant Relations

• Collaborate with Institutional Sales to build and maintain relationships with consultants, driving RFPs and sales opportunities
• Coordinate strategies for engaging regional consultants and offices of global consulting firms
• Maintain a relational contact database and support materials for the consultant distribution channel
• Conduct sales presentations and site visits for consultants and plan sponsor prospects
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for the consultant market in collaboration with MFSI

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 8-12+ years of experience in a sales or sales support role
• Thorough understanding of the retirement plan industry and related products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with presentation experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and demonstrate superior customer service skills

• MBA and/or CFA strongly preferred
• Experience with database software and all components of Microsoft Office
