We’re hiring independent Programmatic Sales Agents to bring new demand partners onto the Loyal Exchange. You’ll focus on the buyers who benefit most from contextual and behavioral intelligence: agencies, DSPs, mobile performance platforms, CTV buyers, programmatic trading desks, and ad networks.
You choose how you work: either make warm introductions and let Loyal take the lead, or drive the entire sales cycle yourself. Either way, you earn ongoing profit share on every partner you originate with full support from the Loyal team.
What You’ll Do- Prospect and sign agencies, DSPs, CTV buyers, mobile performance platforms, programmatic trading desks, and ad networks.
- Sell PMPs, curated supply, contextual + behavioral packages, and cross-screen activation paths.
- Grow incremental spend and long-term partner relationships across the Loyal Exchange.
- Partner with operations to ensure smooth activation across major DSPs.
- Choose your engagement style: introduce qualified buyers and let Loyal run the pitch and activation, or lead the pitch, negotiation, and close yourself.
- CTV performance buyers & omnichannel teams.
- Use Linked In, relationships, conferences, and your network.
- Leverage Loyal’s decks, case studies, positioning, and leadership support.
- 3+ years in programmatic advertising sales.
- Relationships across agencies, DSPs, CTV teams, and mobile performance marketers.
- Understanding of PMPs, supply paths, mobile in-app, and CTV.
- A hunter mindset — proactive, persistent, relationship-driven.
- Strong communicator comfortable working independently with a supportive team.
