Position Summary: We are seeking a high-performing Area Sales Manager (IC sales role) to drive revenue growth, develop new business, and support key accounts within the region. This role is ideal for a self‑motivated sales professional who thrives in a consultative sales environment and is passionate about improving safety and care outcomes in healthcare settings.

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers in hospitals, senior living communities, and healthcare systems.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including demos and proposal development.
• Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Clinical, Customer Success) to support customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide timely forecasts and reports.

• 5+ years of sales experience in medical devices or healthcare technology.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and close complex deals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to travel within territory (up to 50%).

• Competitive base salary $110k – $120k + uncapped commission (OTEn $195k year 1, $220k year 2, uncapped).
• Car allowance and expense reimbursement.
