Development and Management of Policies and Social ResourcesMonitor relevant national and industry policies and regulations, providing timely suggestions for adjusting client development and follow-up strategies.
Independently manage and develop social resources to support the company's business expansion efforts.
Train and mentor business teams to ensure alignment with company goals and policies.
Client Development and Follow-upDevelop clients according to company-assigned targets, independently managing client development, follow-up, and visit activities.
Obtain contact information for new clients, establish communication channels, and analyze client pipelines and potential client value.
Conduct daily follow-up visits with clients and regularly update information in the CRM system.
Collect and update follow-up records according to the “Business Daily Work Standards.”
Perform regular analysis (monthly/quarterly/annual) of personal follow-up clients and optimize the client follow-up list.
Regularly track and visit existing clients to gather satisfaction feedback and collaborate with the company to address and resolve any issues.
Sales Opportunity Follow-upIndependently manage the entire process of sales opportunity follow-up.
Conduct feasibility analysis of sales opportunities and report findings to the company for decision‑making.
Develop and implement sales opportunity follow-up plans.
Coordinate and organize internal and external resources for commercial bidding activities.
Lead the development of sales opportunity plans, organize departmental analysis of quotation parameters, and finalize quotations.
Regularly analyze and optimize the sales opportunity list, summarizing and reporting on opportunities to help achieve sales targets.
Conduct business negotiations, draft contracts, track until signed, and follow up on contract payments.
Organize internal handover for successful sales opportunities and complete written handover forms.
Regularly track signed contracts, collect client satisfaction data, and assist in resolving any client issues.
