Position: Sales Specialist (OOH)
Location: California

At Hoist Media, we pride ourselves on our creativity and innovation in the world of outdoor advertising. Our hand-painted advertisements and experiential activations create captivating brand experiences that leave a lasting impression on audiences. As we continue to expand our clientele and footprint in the industry, we are seeking a driven sales professional to help us drive the direct sale of out-of-home (OOH) location-based media to both brands and agencies.

This is a commission-only, remote role, with preference given to candidates in the Los Angeles area.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Identify potential growth areas and target industries for Hoist Media's unique media services.
  • Prospect, pitch, and open new accounts, introducing clients to the unparalleled value of our hand-painted advertisements and experiential activations.
  • Utilize professional sales techniques to understand clients' marketing objectives and challenges, providing tailored solutions that align with their needs.
  • Develop and maintain long-term advertising relationships, fostering trust and confidence in Hoist Media's services.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and present compelling advertising proposals to clients.
  • Continuously stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, driving revenue growth for Hoist Media.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in selling outdoor (OOH) advertising.
  • A strong track record of success in meeting and surpassing sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate the value of our services to potential clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, thriving in a commission-only sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work remotely, managing time efficiently and effectively.
  • A passion for creativity, innovation, and bringing unique advertising concepts to life.
