Job OverviewWe’re seeking Community Sales Managers (CSMs) to join our dynamic sales force. Whether you’re a seasoned home sales professional or new to the industry, we provide the tools and training you need to excel. All Community Sales Managers start as Community Sales Managers in Training (CSMT).
Responsibilities- Participate in training sessions to gain knowledge about homes, communities, finance, agreements, CRM, and community management.
- Shadow experienced Community Sales Managers to observe best practices and gain practical insights into the sales process.
- Complete assigned reading materials, online courses, and other training activities to enhance sales skills.
- Learn about product features and benefits of homes and communities, and demonstrate proficiency in articulating value propositions.
- Learn and master sales techniques including prospecting, presenting solutions, handling objections, closing deals, and effective communication and active listening.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, follow up with prospects, address inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner. Gain proficiency in utilizing CRM tools to track interactions and manage accounts.
- Participate in regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions with mentors or supervisors; set goals for personal development and track progress towards achieving them; demonstrate continuous improvement and a proactive approach to learning and skill enhancement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Active real estate license required (where applicable by state).
- Proficiency with Microsoft software applications (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer).
- High level of organizational and documentation skills.
- Customer service oriented and believe customer is number one priority.
- Ability to be flexible and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
Salary Range: $25/hourly
Cell Allowance: $1,000 annually
Essential Functions- Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule.
- Access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device.
- Have face‑to‑face conversations with customers, co‑workers, and higher‑level managers.
- Sit or stand for long periods of time and move around work environment as needed.
- Operate a motor vehicle if applicable.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Taylor Morrison experience and/or successful completion of training program may override required education and/or experience requirement.
Non‑Exempt. This position is considered a non‑exempt position for purposes of wage‑hour law, which means that you will be required to keep a time record and will be eligible for overtime pay.
