The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales and customer satisfaction by assisting counter and telephone customers with product selection and purchases.

• Meets and greets all customers with service, knowledge, and respect.
• Advises, assists, and actively upsells all customers on complimentary products above and beyond the original order.
• Creates quotes and sales tickets.
• Meets or exceeds monthly sales targets and goals.
• Researches credits, returns, and payments.

• Proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
