• Engage directly with customers to promote brand awareness and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering outstanding service and support.
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to refine sales strategies and reach performance goals.
• Represent client brands with professionalism and integrity at various marketing and outreach events.
• Continuously expand product knowledge and stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Track sales activity and performance metrics to ensure alignment with company targets.

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

• Competitive hourly pay ($18–$23/hr) plus commission potential.
• Weekly pay structure with performance‑based earnings (On‑Target Earnings: $51K–$61K).
