Job Description:

• Lead outbound and consultative sales efforts across customer segments, building relationships and closing deals
• Guide stakeholders through a consultative buying journey that includes live technology demonstrations and tailored product pitches
• Clearly articulate and understand how the company delivers operational and clinical value to all customer stakeholders, including administrators and OR teams
• Work with the company's product, clinical, and implementation teams to deliver on customer needs and continuously improve the sales process
• Provide feedback and product requirements
• As an early commercial hire, help refine and develop the company's go-to-market playbook and position yourself for future sales leadership roles
• $90,000+ at plan compensation (fully uncapped)
• 30-50% commissions on all sales: average sale is $9,500, with average commission check being $3,000-$5,000 per sale
• Fast sales cycle: 1-2 weeks on average

• 1-2+ years of healthcare or tech sales experience with proof of meeting or exceeding quotas, rankings/awards/achievements, with a preference for healthcare technology sales experience
• Bachelor Degree is required
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Experience selling into one or more of the company's core verticals: ASCs, Oral Surgery Practices, Hospitals, Pain Clinics, and Surgical Specialty Centers
• Must be located in:
  Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, or New York City for this role (no relocation accepted)
