Technical Sales Manager – Waterproofing

• $90,000 – $105,000 base salary plus commission

You will build the territory for a specific waterproofing line across the LA region, hunting new leads and nurturing existing accounts consisting of contractors and distributors.

• Be an expert in the product line and assist customers with bidding and product use.
• Work with contractors and distributors in your territory, arranging visits and driving sales.
• Collaborate with outside sales reps to facilitate training with contractors and distribution partners.
• Conduct product classes.
• Attend and occasionally present at contractor events.

• 8+ years sales experience in construction, waterproofing, building envelope or a related industry to contractors and distributors.
• Hunter mindset with the ability to self‑generate leads.
• Contacts within the local market and an existing book of business for commercial contractors and distributors.
• Customer‑first approach and willingness to travel extensively across LA.
