Tiello has partnered with a well-established residential roofing contractor in the San Jose area that’s expanding and looking to add a high-performing Residential Roofing Sales Representative to their team. This company is known for its integrity-first approach, strong client relationships, and process-driven culture. They’re looking for a confident closer who can turn 6+ qualified company leads per day into sales while maintaining long-term relationships built on trust and professionalism.

The Role

You’ll manage the full sales cycle - from inspection to signed contract - representing one of the most reputable names in residential roofing across the Bay Area.

Responsibilities
  • Confidently close company‑set appointments with a consultative, integrity‑driven approach
  • Drive $3M+ in annual residential roofing sales
  • Conduct inspections, prepare proposals, and close deals with professionalism
  • Manage your sales pipeline and follow through from lead to project handoff
  • Partner with operations to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven success in residential roofing or exterior construction sales
  • Strong communication skills and a repeatable sales process
  • Competitive, self‑motivated, and relationship‑driven mindset
  • Experience in insurance restoration or retail roofing preferred
