Inside Sales Representative – DSI Groups

- Build Long‑Term Relationships – Cultivate and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service. Conduct regular follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention.
- Stay Informed – Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions, using this knowledge to position our products effectively.
- Strong communication and persuasive sales skills.
- Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- No experience required – we’ll help you get licensed if you’re not already!
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (for in‑person meetings).
Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $/yr
Additional compensation:
Annual Bonus and Commission. High commission structure with monthly bonuses. Residual income paid annually on policy renewals.
