Discord is seeking highly motivated and passionate Account Executives to join the founding sales team for our new Quests ads business line. In this role, you will drive revenue generation by building and managing strategic partnerships with mobile gaming publishers, studios, and media agencies. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a fast-growing business line, working with one of the most influential platforms in the gaming world.

• Develop and grow new revenue streams by securing partnerships with game publishers, studios, and agencies.
• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Build long-term, consultative relationships with senior decision-makers in the gaming industry.
• Deliver creative advertising solutions that align with client objectives and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide strategic insights that shape product development and improve processes.
• Monitor campaign performance using data-driven insights and recommend optimizations to enhance results.
• Represent Discord as an industry thought leader within the gaming, media, and advertising ecosystems.
• Travel as required for client meetings and industry events.

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in ad sales, preferably focused on the gaming industry.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue and account goals.
• Expertise in developing new business, especially in the mobile gaming segment.
• Established relationships with key marketing leaders at game publishers and agencies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence product and business strategies.
• Passion for gaming and understanding of Discord's community and platform.
