• Complete the PLACE Launch program
• Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
• Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and locate suitable properties
• Represent sellers and buyers in offer negotiations
• Monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in weekly script practice according to team guidelines
• Take part in team activities as per team standards
• Dedicate to monthly one-on-one coaching sessions, weekly training, and Partner Calls
• Advise sellers, secure listings, and promote properties
