Job Overview
Sales Associate at Coach – a global fashion house in Rosemont, IL.
Responsibilities- Provide a personalized customer experience, upholding Coach's Service and Selling Models.
- Build and maintain on‑going customer relationships and clienteling strategies.
- Use Coach’s tools and technology to support relationship building.
- Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers and maintaining ongoing productive relationships.
- Cross‑sell and encourage product add‑ons that meet customers’ needs.
- Follow up with customers to influence/close sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and backroom; comply with visual merchandising standards.
- Process transactions, returns and exchanges using POS systems.
- Assume daily operational tasks including cash wrap duties and inventory replenishment.
- Collaborate with management to create short‑ and long‑term strategies to achieve personal metrics.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and demonstrate Coach’s Selling and Service expectations.
- Adapt techniques to support overall store financial results.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and foster teamwork.
- 1–3 years of sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competition.
- Basic computer skills – use of iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet.
- Experience with cash register systems and walkie‑talkie communication.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lb routinely and up to 50 lb occasionally; ability to bend, kneel and climb.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Adaptability to fast‑paced work and changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and high‑traffic periods.

- Base pay range: $15.00–$19.50 per hour.
