Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager / Sales Supports to join our sales department. This role will focus on supporting the sales team by managing client accounts, streamlining communication, and ensuring seamless use of  for tracking and reporting.   • Assist in managing sales processes, inventory control, and product presentation to ensure smooth operations. Your efforts will help us deliver excellent service to our wholesale clients.
  • Key Responsibilities
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned wholesale accounts
    • Support the Sales Team with account setup, maintenance, and ongoing communication
    • Manage sales pipelines, activities, and reporting using
    • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, customer service) to ensure client satisfaction
    • Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights
    • Resolve account issues promptly and professionally
    • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
    Day-to-Day Duties
    • Sales Support:
      Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing client accounts. Respond to inquiries from existing clients, providing accurate product information and order status updates.
    • Inventory Management:
      Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock records and timely order fulfillment. Assist with stock rotation and ensure products are ordered, received, and stored correctly.
    • Merchandising Support:
      Assist in the organization and presentation of products for wholesale clients, ensuring that product displays are organized, labeled correctly, and meet the company's visual merchandising standards.
    • Order Processing & Coordination:
      Process sales orders, coordinate product shipments, and ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time. Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products.
    • Client Relations:
      Build and maintain positive relationships with existing wholesale customers, offering support as needed to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Product Knowledge & Training:
      Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the products offered and their features. Assist in training new staff and customers on product details, specifications, and benefits.
    • Reporting & Analysis:
      Assist in tracking sales data, inventory levels, and client orders to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Provide regular feedback to the sales team regarding inventory and product performance.
    • Administrative Support:
      Maintain and update product catalogs, sales documents, and price lists. Handle administrative duties related to order processing, returns, and exchanges.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • Previous experience in sales, merchandising, or supply chain operations (preferably within wholesale or distribution).
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with inventory management or ERP systems, preferably SAP.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Knowledge of the import/export process or wholesale distribution is a plus.
    • At least 2 years of experience in a similar industry/business.
