No automotive experience is required; our training and technologically advanced sales processes transition former retail sales, cell phone sales, restaurant servers, bartenders, car rental associates, and direct sales professionals into successful automotive salespeople.

• Become a brand and product expert to highlight vehicle features and options while making product recommendations
• Assist guests in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Perform a professional presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles tailored around your guests wants and needs
• Develop lifelong relationships with customers and earn their repeat and referral business
• Take care of fellow team members by helping them achieve success

• Ability to use state-of-the-art technology such as Google Suite and video communication software; knowledge and savviness with these technologies is a MUST
• Enthusiastic personality with high energy, eager to meet new people and challenges
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will teach the Leta Way and set you up for success
• A growth mindset and a belief that failures are nothing more than learning opportunities
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Possess a valid driver's license (required)
