Eastroc Beverage North America – the #3 energy drink company in the world – is coming to North America! Eastroc Beverage North America also owns Pittston Co-Packers. The Chief Sales Officer (CSO) is responsible for building, leading, and scaling Eastroc Beverage North America’s entire U.S. sales organization. This executive role owns national revenue strategy, distributor architecture, retail execution, and sales team performance, and serves as the senior commercial leader for the brand’s expansion in North America.
This CSO will define go-to-market strategy, lead regional sales leaders, establish distributor partnerships, and ensure disciplined execution across all channels, while personally driving key strategic accounts and partnerships. This role requires a hands-on sales builder with deep beverage / CPG experience who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution. This individual must be a proven sales closer.
Responsibilities- Own and deliver national sales revenue, distribution, and market-share targets
- Define and execute the U.S. go-to-market and distributor strategy
- Lead, develop, and hold accountable regional and national sales leaders
- Personally drive and support key distributor and major retail relationships
- Ensure consistent, best-in-class execution across all channels and markets
- Provide clear performance reporting and commercial insights to executive leadership
- 10+ years of senior sales leadership experience in the U.S. beverage industry (required)
- Proven track record of closing major beverage retail and distributor partnerships
- Deep, hands‑on experience with distributor‑based beverage go-to-market models
- Demonstrated success scaling beverage brands in C-Store, Grocery, Mass, Drug, and Club
- Experience leading both direct sales teams and indirect distributor sales forces
- Ability to personally open doors and influence decision-makers at the highest levels
- Strong working knowledge of sales systems and retail data platforms
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and execution skills
- Mandarin language proficiency is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to travel extensively nationwide
