Fashion Sales manager

This is a full-time role as a Fashion Wholesale Manager at I TOO. The role will involve analytical reporting, business planning, client communication, customer service, and sales maximization.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Identify obstacles within the company.
• Conduct regular sales calls and meetings with clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or issues promptly.
• Train, develop, manage and mentor the sales team.
• Manage trade shows.

• Minimum of 5 years of related sales experience in women’s contemporary apparel.
• Wholesale 2 years minimum experience.
• Experience in trade shows is a PLUS.
• Spanish is a PLUS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Shopify is a plus.
• Exceptional presentation skills to senior-level executives and large groups.
• Strong business acumen and skill set which enables management and development of staff.
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solver.
• Keen selling and negotiation skills.
