Responsibilities
- Serve Spanish-speaking clients, with a focus on Mexico-based and Mexico City-connected buyers and sellers
- Build and manage referral relationships with partners in CDMX (agents, attorneys, CPAs, family offices, relocation contacts)
- Guide clients through the San Diego buying/selling process with clear communication and proactive updates
- Support cross-border considerations (timelines, documentation coordination, communication across time zones)
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required to effectively communicate with diverse clients
- Experience in real estate sales, particularly with cross-border transactions
- Ability to build and maintain strong referral networks with partners in Mexico City
- Proven track record of guiding clients through the buying and selling process with clarity and confidence
- Strong understanding of San Diego's real estate market and its unique opportunities
- Ability to coordinate documentation and timelines across different time zones
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster trust and long-term relationships with clients and partners
