Job DescriptionAs a sales assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Create sales orders and invoices in accounting system.
- Assist in sales activities, including dealing with customer requests, providing quotations and information such as stock availability.
- Process sales orders, monitor shipments, update tracking number and complete general offices duties as assigned.
- Developing relationships and maintaining continuous contact with existing customers, obtaining feedback from existing customers.
- Handle returns and assists with the resolution of customer issues or complaints
Qualifications
The ideal sales assistant will also have:
- Proven business development and customer service experience; cold calling experience is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Understanding of PC hardware industry;
Knowledge of DRAM & Flash Products a plus.
