Timetec International Inc, headquartered in San Jose, California, designs and manufactures a full range of DDR2, DDR3, and DDR4 memory modules and Flash based storage solutions for Enterprise Servers, Workstations, Personal Computers and Consumer Electronics. • Create sales orders and invoices in accounting system.
• Assist in sales activities, including dealing with customer requests, providing quotations and information such as stock availability.
• Process sales orders, monitor shipments, update tracking number and complete general offices duties as assigned.
• Developing relationships and maintaining continuous contact with existing customers, obtaining feedback from existing customers.
• Handle returns and assists with the resolution of customer issues or complaints

Qualifications

The ideal sales assistant will also have:

• Proven business development and customer service experience; cold calling experience is a must.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Understanding of PC hardware industry;
  Knowledge of DRAM & Flash Products a plus.
