What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealerships, fleet managers, and industry partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
  • Collaborate with customers to develop build plans and manage quotes and bid submissions
  • Maintain customer and opportunity information within the CRM module
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 3 years of industry-relevant sales experience or experience as a manager leading a sales team
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Competency with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Proficiency in French or Spanish as a second language
  • Relevant secondary education in a related field
  • Experience working independently as well as in a team setting
  • Willingness to travel across North America for trade shows and customer visits
