Bilingual, Business Administration, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
This is an interview position that involves providing accurate information and assistance to customers requiring direct customer interface, performing administrative duties necessary for efficient operations, and promoting continued salesfollowed by incremental revenue generation where possible.
ResponsibilitiesProvide customer support and administrative assistance, maintain efficient operational procedures, and identify sales opportunities to generate additional revenue.
Required Knowledge,Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of Canadian Customs regulations (preferred).
- Knowledge of Fed Ex Express and Ground products and services (preferred).
- Ability to successfully complete all basic and recurring training.
- Must be able to lift 70 lbs and maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
- Must achieve minimum thresholds on all mandatory testing and training.
- Proficiency in operating within a PC Windows environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle stress and thrive in a highly pressured, monitored, and changing work environment.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license (e.g. Class 5, G, or 1[AZ]) and a driving record with no more than two violations or accidents in the 24 months prior to application.
- If residing in Quebec, the incumbent must be bilingual in French and English.
- Availability for shift work from 15:00 to 20:00, Monday‑Friday.
- Experience with Fed Ex logistics or customer‑service operations.
Pay: Competitive and commensurate with experience and skill level.
