Outbound Sales Agent – Capital Vacations, Branson, MO

Salary: $17 per hour, plus weekly and monthly bonuses, paid hourly along with commissions.

Schedule:

Day Shift 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday‑Friday with one Saturday per month from 9:00 pm – 2:00 pm required.

• Customer service or sales call center experience (a plus).
• Friendly, outgoing, and upbeat attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport.
• Basic PC proficiency and commitment to maintaining high call quality.
• Fast learner eager to expand knowledge and skill sets.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass a full background check.
