• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve maximum sales and profits in designated territory
• Build and maintain relationships with key surgeons and independent distributors
• Analyze market information to create effective sales plans and marketing strategies queued
• Support field sales activities including training, labs, dinners, and conferences
• Recruit and manage independent distributors to enhance sales effectiveness

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 7 years of sales experience within the orthopedic space, preferably in foot and ankle
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for business purposes
• Experience negotiating contracts, territories, and managing conflicts
• Proven track record of working with independent distributors and securing hospital product approvals

• MBA
• Knowledge of foot and ankle products and technical specifications
• Experience with foot and ankle specific independent distributors
