What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Take full ownership of sales quotas and actively work to meet and exceed targets within a defined territory
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, aligning AI solutions with their business goals
  • Lead AI proof-of-concept initiatives to demonstrate product value to customers
  • Collaborate with the AI Success team to identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities
  • Act as a subject matter expert for AI solutions, empowering the sales team with knowledge and resources
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Proven experience in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably with a focus on Conversational AI solutions or the CX space
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Experience in an overlay AE or co-sell role is preferable
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in enhancing customer experiences
  • Previous experience in a sales enablement role
  • Ability to inspire and motivate sales teams in AI sales initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills to support commercial modeling and forecasting
