- Take full ownership of sales quotas and actively work to meet and exceed targets within a defined territory
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, aligning AI solutions with their business goals
- Lead AI proof-of-concept initiatives to demonstrate product value to customers
- Collaborate with the AI Success team to identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities
- Act as a subject matter expert for AI solutions, empowering the sales team with knowledge and resources
- Proven experience in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably with a focus on Conversational AI solutions or the CX space
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Experience in an overlay AE or co-sell role is preferable
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in enhancing customer experiences
- Previous experience in a sales enablement role
- Ability to inspire and motivate sales teams in AI sales initiatives
- Strong analytical skills to support commercial modeling and forecasting
