The Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for selling Caterpillar Parts, Service, and Insurance Products, enhancing customer satisfaction, building customer base, and providing timely quotations to support business growth.
Compensation
This position offers an hourly wage plus commission, with an estimated annual salary of $70,000 to $90,000.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
Minimum two years of related experience, knowledge of Caterpillar or competitors, proficiency with dealer systems (DBS, TMI, CWS, Saleslink, IMACS), and soft skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet applications. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a professional degree or certification is a plus. Valid California driver’s license is required. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills are essential.
