We have the highest expectations for this vital role in the business, Finance & Insurance Manager. We are a tech forward company in which extensive computer knowledge and skill is required. Ability to review lender programs and understand how to structure a deal is required. All major auto lenders are dealer partners and we consistently train with our reinsurance company and compare metrics in our dealer 20 group.
Responsibilities- Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
- Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
- Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
- Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
- Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
- Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
- Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals
- Accurately audits team deals Post-Sale
- Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts
- 2+ years related experience
- Automotive industry experience is required (Sales Associate, Sales Manager, Internet Sales Manager, or F&I Manager)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Persuasiveness and sales-closing abilities
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, MVR, and drug testing
