I opened my agency in 2000 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. My State Farm career began in 1992 as an associate, giving me years of experience in the industry before stepping into agency ownership. I'm a proud graduate of Missouri University of Science and Technology and am very family-oriented.
Staying involved in our local community is important to me. I'm a member of the Buffalo Chamber of Commerce, active in my church, and enjoy supporting local sporting events and our school district. Building strong relationships and giving back to the community we serve are values that carry over into our agency.
Our agency offers a Simple IRA retirement plan, licensing reimbursement, continuous training, professional development, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We also have monthly promotions that give team members opportunities to earn extra money or additional time off, along with community events and team outings that bring everyone together.
We've built a great team environment where hard work, integrity, and supporting one another are at the heart of what we do. We're goal-oriented and enjoy a little friendly competition while working together toward shared success. I'm looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, is motivated to achieve their goals, and genuinely enjoys being part of a team. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
