Do you love turning ideas into delicious reality? We’re looking for a creative and results-driven R&D Scientist to join our innovation team and lead product development in the Fruit & Nut category. If you thrive on solving complex challenges and bringing new products to life, this is your chance to make an impact!

• Create & Innovate: Develop new food products and improve existing ones to delight consumers.
• Lead Commercialization: Take projects from bench-top to full-scale production.
  
  Organize and manage projects; interacts, supports, facilitates, and leads multi-functional work teams; leads teams to consensus; strong negotiation skills.
• Drive Efficiency: Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize processes.
• Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to solve technical and operational challenges.
• Validate & Scale: Ensure smooth plant-level implementation of product and process changes.

• Analytical Thinking – Results driven, solve complex problems with confidence.
• Innovation & Creativity – Bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Collaboration – Build strong relationships across teams.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Experience: 2+ years in food industry product development or process development.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven creativity and innovation mindset.
  • Project management and team leadership experience.
  • Ability to scale from bench to plant production.
• Bonus:
  Experience with roasted or seasoned nuts (not required).
