As a Security Officer - Auto Lot Security Driver in Claycomo, MO
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an Access Control professional with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling designated auto industry locations. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, requiring you to operate a vehicle as part of your responsibilities, while embodying Allied Universal's values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity.

Job Schedule: Mon 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM;
Tue 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM;
Wed 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM;
Thu 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM

What You'll Do
  • Provide customer service to clients by performing access control procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies as appropriate.
  • Monitor entry and exit points to help deter unauthorized access and/or activities at the location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting and reporting as required.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and surrounding perimeter to observe and report security-related concerns.
  • Communicate with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management to address security-related matters and provide assistance as needed.
  • Maintain a visible presence at access points to help deter potential security-related threats and/or unauthorized individuals.
  • Follow all procedures related to access control, visitor management, and emergency response as directed by Allied Universal and site leadership.
Minimum Requirements
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
