$33.00 – $45.00 per hour (DOE)

• Conduct covert surveillance, scene canvasses, door knocks, witness statements, and service of process
• Capture clear, professional‑quality video, photo, and audio evidence
• Write detailed investigative reports
• Testify when necessary
• Upload evidence promptly
• Maintain excellent time management and meet strict deadlines
• Handle mailing of records requests and legal documents

• Strong self‑management and organizational skills
• Ability to obtain steady, court‑ready video
• Excellent report writing and attention to detail
• Professional communication and customer service
• Team‑oriented attitude

• Associate degree or higher
• Minimum two years of insurance surveillance experience
• California PI license (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record (required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  Adobe experience a plus

• Extended periods of driving and sitting
• Lifting up to 25 lbs
• Ability to climb stairs when needed
