About the Role:

A leading technology innovator in the semiconductor space is seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead its corporate security efforts. This role is ideal for a seasoned security professional with strong incident response experience, leadership capabilities, and a strategic mindset for risk mitigation.

• Lead and coordinate responses to security incidents including unauthorized access, natural disasters, and other threats.
• Conduct threat assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop and enforce security procedures aligned with industry standards.
• Oversee integration and operation of security technologies (access control, surveillance, intrusion detection).
• Ensure 24/7 surveillance and rapid threat response.
• Manage access permissions and monitor global travel risks.
• Provide executive protection support and send awareness updates on emerging threats.
• Mentor and manage a team of security professionals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure unified security efforts.
• Maintain detailed incident reports and update GSOC policies regularly.

• 6–8 years of corporate security experience.
• 1–2 years of team leadership or managerial experience.
• Strong background in incident response and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Deep understanding of security systems and technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience creating workflows and procedures.
• Experience with global security operations centers (GSOC).

• Certifications in security management (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
• Familiarity with executive protection protocols.
