As an Allied Universal Security Professional assigned to an access control post in an automotive location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, help to deter security‑related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving post involves interacting with personnel and visitors, checking credentials, and maintaining a visible presence.

• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by communicating site‑specific procedures and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Carry out security‑related procedures and enforce site‑specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and client leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including initiating emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential security‑related concerns.
• Document and report all security‑related incidents, observations, and activities according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and/or law enforcement as needed to address security‑related matters at the location.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disruptions and promote a secure environment for all occupants.

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• At this site there are limited on‑site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
