Pay Rate: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday: 10:00 AM - 09:00 PM (Overtime Included)

Treston Security Services is seeking professional and reliable Unarmed Security Officers to provide safety and protection at a private retail store located within the City of Cabazon
. Officers will be responsible for maintaining a visible and courteous presence, deterring theft, assisting guests, and ensuring the safety of all visitors and staff. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their professionalism, enjoy interacting with the public, and are looking to join a company that values reliability and integrity.

• Patrol assigned areas to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activity
• Observe and report suspicious behavior, safety hazards, or policy violations
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner
• Maintain accurate daily activity and incident reports
• Provide excellent customer service and assistance to staff and shoppers
• Work closely with store management and law enforcement when required
• Uphold site‑specific policies and Treston Security standards

• Valid California BSIS Guard Card (Required)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Excellent communication and observation skills
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods (10‑hour shifts)
• Retail, mall, or loss prevention experience preferred
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
