Join Garda World Security Services as a Premier Tactical Security Officer on the swing shift. This full‑time role involves patrolling retail environments, airports, detention centers, and other variable settings. The shift runs Thursday through Sunday from 5:30 pm to 2:00 am.

• Hourly wage: $34 / hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)

• Observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at the assigned location.
• Work independently in indoor and outdoor variable environments.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Read and write detailed reports accurately.
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Detain and search individuals as required.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on‑site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• State security license and 32‑hour BSIS security training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least five years of security experience.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Baton permit, OC spray permit, and handcuff permit.
• Inclusive and updated security résumé.
• Military or law enforcement experience is encouraged.
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
• First‑aid certification is an asset.
• Able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
