What Your Day May Look Like- Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
- Secure entrances / exits.
- Conduct mobile and foot patrols inside and outside the client's premises in various weather conditions.
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
- Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
- Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
- CCTV monitoring.
- Front gate access control.
- Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for the assigned site.

- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
- Standard computer/technology skills.
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus.
- Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
- Attention to detail and vigilance throughout the shift.
- Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
- Willingness to participate in the company's pre‑employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
- Open availability preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Dispatch experience preferred.
