- Provide low-profile, professional protective security at private residences for high-net-worth individuals and their families.

- Conduct routine and irregular security patrols, protective sweeps, and perimeter checks of residence, grounds, and designated areas.

- Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities, unsafe conditions, suspicious behavior, and unusual activity consistent with training and post orders.

- Maintain visible but non-disruptive security presence to support safety of principals, family members, guests, and staff.

- Integrate with the broader executive protection program: coordinate with detail leaders, drivers, protective intelligence personnel, and other agents.

- Provide residential continuity and real-time situational awareness to protective details; support advances, arrivals/departures, transitions, and coverage shifts.

- Monitor CCTV, alarms, intercoms, access control systems, radios, phones, and other security technology; assess incoming information and escalate threats appropriately.

- Control access and verify identity/authorization of visitors, vendors, contractors, and delivery personnel; secure gates, doors, windows, and alarm zones.

- Respond to alarms, medical incidents, disturbances, trespassers, fire/life-safety issues, and other emergencies; support emergency action plans and coordinate with emergency responders and law enforcement when necessary.

- Escort and monitor vendors and contractors on property and ensure work stays within authorized zones without creating security or privacy concerns.

- Collaborate with estate managers, household staff, family office personnel, and drivers while maintaining strict confidentiality and need-to-know discipline.

- Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, shift logs, and other required documentation; preserve scene integrity and document incidents thoroughly.

- Perform duties in compliance with California law, company policy, and client-specific post orders, maintaining discretion and professionalism in a private residential setting.##

Key Responsibilities ## Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Current California BSIS Guard Card, Exposed Firearm Permit, and CCW/LEOSA or ability to obtain and maintain as a condition of employment.
* Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
* Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record (preferred or required if driving duties are assigned).
* Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in residential security, executive protection, law enforcement, military, or a closely related field (preferred as stated; demonstrated relevant experience required for many assignments).
* Strong understanding of residential security operations, access control, perimeter security, and emergency response.
* Strong verbal de-escalation, conflict management, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Ability to assess developing situations quickly and make lawful, client-centered decisions under pressure.
* Strong report writing and documentation skills.
* Working knowledge of surveillance systems, alarm platforms, radios, mobile communications, and basic security technology.
* Ability to operate with discretion, confidentiality, and professional boundaries in a private residence.
* Ability to work 12-hour shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and extended shifts as required by client needs.
* Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods, climb stairs, work outdoors in varying weather, lift/move equipment, and respond rapidly to emergencies.
* California BSIS Guard Card (current) or ability to obtain and maintain.
* Exposed Firearm Permit (current) or ability to obtain and maintain.
* CCW/LEOSA (current) or ability to obtain and maintain.
* CPR/AED/First Aid certification (current) or ability to obtain upon hire.
* Must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area (Locals only - Non-Fly in)
