Small Cell Crew Lead / Foreman

Note: Looking for local candidates in Los Angeles, San Diego or Southern California.

The Crew Lead manages a small team of technicians, overseeing daily work, safety, and quality. They serve as the point of contact with Project Managers and ensure scopes are delivered on time.

• Supervise and lead a crew of 2–6 technicians on site
• Plan daily tasks, conduct safety meetings, and complete JHAs
• Ensure work is performed to carrier specifications and quality standards
• Manage site logistics, materials, and client relations
• Complete site close-out packages and submit required documentation

• 5+ years telecom experience with at least 2 years leading crews
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in RFDS interpretation, installation standards, and troubleshooting
• Advanced knowledge of safety procedures and compliance requirements
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• $30-$35/hour

• Must be able to climb and work on the towers, poles, buildings (no fear of heights)
• Must be able to lift and carry at least 70 pounds
• Must be able to perform the essential job functions safely and successfully
• Must be able to work in inclement weather (snow, rain, heat, high winds, etc.), long hours and variety of shifts (including night work)
• Must be able to pass ongoing drug screen testing
