Under the supervision of the Supervisor or Manager, be able to complete installation on all Light & Wonder Equipment and accessories. Perform basic troubleshooting techniques resolving problems in most Light & Wonder equipment in our facility, or at the customers location. Demonstrate basic administrative skills.
** In this Customer facing role you will....
*** Perform Preventative maintenance on EGM’s (Electronic Gaming Machines), ETG’s (Electronic Table Games), and equipment, keeping in accordance with Gaming Commission and company standards and specifications.
* Ensure proper operations of the EGM’s, and ETG’s via diagnostic tests, software settings, and functional testing.
* Navigate Management Terminal (MT) daily to verify EGM’s status.
* Where applicable, assemble and prepare accessories for installations per change order.
* Complete accurate Incident Reports in accordance with the Gaming Commission and company standards
* Complete required maintenance records in a clear and precise manner
* Complete detailed daily/weekly tech logs
* Adhere to L&W's Field Service established standards, policies, and procedures.
* Follow L&W's safety procedures (vehicle safety, loading games, ladder use, and electricity)
* Ensures all tools and equipment used are kept in proper, safe, and working condition.
* Stay current with all Light & Wonder Field Advisories and eLearning.# Qualifications

* Qualifications:

*** Must be at least 21 years of age
* Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license or state identification
* Ability to obtain and maintain gaming licenses as required
* Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis for short distances
* Transport heavy equipment using proper moving devices
* Demonstrate safe and proper use of hand tools and power tools
* Demonstrate basic knowledge of PC operation, and security risks relating to PC operation
* Demonstrate basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
* Ability to read and understand Light & Wonder schematics and service manuals
* With limited or no supervision be able to prepare conversion projects or installations
* Ability to maintain good customer relations, both internally and externally
* Basic knowledge of electricity, electronics, and mechanics of gaming type devices
* Basic knowledge of current Light & Wonder gaming devices to the assembly level
* Basic understanding of network communication, and network troubleshooting
* Ability to perform basic troubleshooting techniques in isolating and correcting problems down to an assembly level
* Ability to work with others to accomplish business objectives
* Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
* Good customer service skills
* Good problem solving skills
* Travel requirements may include working at other facilities within our department

* Education:

** High school diploma or equivalent.  College level electronics training helpful.

* Required Experience:

** One year experience in the assembly, testing, and repair of electronic gaming devices, or six months experience and related gaming school certificate of completion, or equivalent.
