Responsibilities
  • Lead installation and integration of physical security, AV, and building technology systems on client sites.
  • Troubleshoot system issues quickly and effectively to minimize downtime.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians in best practices and installation standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety standards and compliance requirements.
Skills / Must Have
  • 5–7+ years of hands-on installation and integration experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
  • Strong background in physical security systems (access control, CCTV, alarms) and/or AV technologies.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and project documentation.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in field environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience guiding field teams.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., BICSI, Crestron, Extron, CompTIA, or manufacturer-specific) a plus.
