• Preferred 5+ years of residential painting experience.
• Ability to climb ladders safely on the home’s interior and exterior.
• Ability to utilize paint tools to professionally paint in a residential environment.
• Preferred experience operating a paint sprayer.
• Follow daily communication from Lead Painter regarding job specific tasks and instructions.
• Complete assigned tasks each day and communicate results to Lead Painter (may involve interior or exterior paint jobs).
• Use proper paint materials and equipment.
• Ensure a safe working environment for self, other employees, and customers.
• Prepare each work environment with appropriate equipment to protect customers’ property, furniture, and home.
• Properly clean up after every painting job and properly dispose of any painting materials.
• Arrive on time to job site daily.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift paint equipment.
• Must be able to climb a ladder.
• Must be able to handle light labor.

Competitive Salary

• Overland, MO: $80,000 - $140,000
• Chesterfield, MO: $45,000 - $60,000
