Job Duties:

• Respond quickly to emergencies.
• Perform all emergency water extraction, drying, fire/smoke services, carpet cleaning, deodorization, mold remediation (including demolition and cleaning), and structural cleaning.
• Record and report loss documentation to the Mitigation Estimator.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure quality and consistency in all work.
• Promote teamwork and communicate effectively with leads and project managers.
• Follow safety practices, including proper PPE use.
• Maintain organization and inventory control on job sites.
• Mentor new hires and maintain certifications as needed.
• Perform on-call rotations and other duties as requested.

Requirements:

• Ability to interpret instructions and communicate effectively in English (bilingual a plus).
• Basic math and map reading skills.
• Ability to work overtime and be on call.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass screenings.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

Entry-level with preferred construction experience

Physical Demands:

• Lift 5-40 lbs constantly, 20-100 lbs frequently.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, climb ladders, crouch, stoop, reach, kneel, handle objects.
• Work in confined spaces and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Exposure to noise, fumes, and chemicals.
