We’re looking for a Mobile Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll travel in our fully-equipped Mobile Service Van to customer workplaces and homes, providing convenient on-site service, maintenance, and recall work.

Travel in the Mobile Service Van to complete scheduled service and recall repairs at customer locations
Provide an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and integrity
Organize and prepare daily appointments, managing time efficiently
Perform vehicle maintenance and repair tasks as outlined on repair orders
Accurately document vehicle repairs and work performed in the DMS
Communicate effectively with the Mobile Service Coordinator, Parts Department, management, and customers
Stay current with Ford technical bulletins and required training
Take pride in representing the dealership while working independently
B-Level Technician qualifications preferred (ASE/Ford certifications a plus)
2+ years of hands-on technician experience preferred
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused
Comfortable with technology (tablets, diagnostic equipment, etc.)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be able to perform physical tasks and lift up to 100 pounds
