We are seeking a solution‑oriented, customer‑focused Pool Maintenance and Repair Technician to join our team. The technician will provide on‑site pool cleaning, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services following our proven methods.

• Manage a swimming pool route, cleaning pools each week and handling daily equipment repair tasks.
• Stock and adjust water chemistry with chemicals on the truck for each pool.
• Repair pool pumps, heaters, filters, timers, pool cleaners, blowers, lights, automated systems, chlorinators, backwash valves, PVC, copper, and galvanized plumbing.
• Apply 110 V and 220 V electrical knowledge (preferred, not required).
• Maintain and replenish truck inventory of equipment.
• Use the Pool Ops mobile platform and a smart phone.
• Identify additional customer opportunities and upsell where appropriate.
• Perform renovation work such as re‑plaster, tile repair, deck texture/seal, and paver installation (preferred).

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Licensure (Florida CPC, Texas Appliance, California D35) if required for your state.
• High school diploma (preferred). Certified Pool Operator license is preferred.

This position offers an annual bonus when specific gross revenue goals are met.
