Journeyman Plumber

Anton’s HVAC and Plumbing is seeking a Licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our team and help us continue our tradition of excellence. If you're ready to take your expertise to the next level with a supportive and innovative company, we want to hear from you!

Base pay range: $90,000.00 – $ per year. Up to a $10,000 sign‑on bonus for licensed Journeyman Plumbers.

You will be responsible for leading plumbing installations and repairs in residential settings. From installing water heaters to fixtures or work in sewers and drains, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

• Installing plumbing systems in residential homes
• Installing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers, and water heaters
• Testing plumbing systems for leaks and ensuring proper functioning
• Leading installations, following the plan established and adjusting when necessary
• Working alongside a plumbing apprentice to assist with daily jobs
• Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients
• Keeping up to date with industry best‑practices and emerging technologies

• Valid Journeyman Plumber License and Driver’s License required
• Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
• Clear background check, Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and drug screen
• Strong interpersonal skills, focused on customer satisfaction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to safety in all aspects of work

• Up to a $10,000 sign‑on bonus for licensed Journeyman Plumbers
