Location: California5 Star Best Plumbing is looking for a professional sewer to join our team!
This is an independent/sub-contractor job which requires you to sell the jobs we provide (we do not give pricing over the phone to our customers) and get the commission from each job! Please DO NOT apply if you are looking for an hourly job!
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sewer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and mechanical work, with the ability to operate various tools and equipment. This role is essential in ensuring the successful installation and maintenance of sewer systems, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of our projects.
Duties
Install, maintain, and repair sewer lines and related infrastructure.Operate power tools and heavy machinery such as backhoes and bulldozers safely and effectively.Conduct utility locating to identify existing underground utilities before excavation.Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely project completion.Perform welding tasks as needed for repairs or installations.Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on construction sites.Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.Experience
Proven experience in low voltage cabling, construction site operations, or similar fields is preferred.Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.Familiarity with utility locating techniques and practices is advantageous.Experience operating rigs or heavy machinery is a plus.Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments typical of construction sites.What we offer:
